He was only a drunkard a bum with no
pride.
He was laughed at and sneered at by all; pushed
aside.
He was scum of the gutter; worthless, they
say.
But, Jesus still loved him and proved it one
day.
Christ spoke to his heart and said come unto
Me.
I will make you the man God meant you to
be.
You can be washed in My blood with a heart clean
and
pure.
You will be My new creation, not a bum
anymore.
The Holy Spirit now guides him in his walk every
day.
He is living for God; showing others the
way.
Nothing is worthless to God; this I
say.
You see, I, was that bum God spoke to one
day.
